To be honest, when I opened this product I wasn't sure. But I've used it and love it! In fact, both of my daughters were stolen from me. A towel doesn't seem to help much, but it absorbs water from your hair very well. My oldest daughter has long thick hair and stole this product from me because she said it cuts my hair drying time in half. The brush that comes with it works very well. My youngest daughter always has knots in her hair. We found that this is one of the first combs that she really likes because it doesn't hurt her head as much as the others. I definitely recommend this product. In fact, I will buy it again to have a towel again!
