The skirt has half the fabric than expected so there is almost no volume, it doesn't really pucker or wobble. It fits smaller than expected, my girl is on the low end of the adult measurements, it's shorter than expected and the top just fits. Hope it doesn't decrease. I can exchange it for an extra large to wear larger but they don't have a blue extra large size at the moment... My daughter is very happy with this dress anyway. She says it's comfortable and she has serious sensory issues with the clothes so it has to be comfortable.
