Differences in size from pack to pack

First class quality. I ordered 3 packs of 4. The weave and diameter (14 inches) in the 2 packs were the same, but the weave and diameter in the 3rd pack was about 15 inches and the weave is much larger. When placed strategically on the top 12 table, it isn't too noticeable. May be more noticeable on top 6 or 8.
