Stretchy but not tight
I love this dress, it's cute, I wish it was a little shorter, now I'm 5" and 365, look different from others, I have no hips , so it's a bit lost, I should I took 2x or XL, it's a bit see-through, which suits me. I love the skirt but wish it was better
