Review on Municipal Courts by Scott Ramu

I like how easy it is for me as an officer in my department, since we have over 100 officers using this software! It does exactly what they said - very user friendly interface which helps new people understand quickly without having too much training or knowledge about computers/software etc., The only downfall was when there were problems with our network connection (which happens frequently), but their customer service team always came through immediately whenever something went wrong!! Great product overall. We solved many issues pertaining to traffic violations by simply just entering them online via computer instead of doing manual paperwork all day long.
