Review on π Sof Sole Pyramid Steel Track Spikes for Running Shoes - Replacement by Abdullah Huan
The spikes lasted 2 weeks before they started falling out.
These cleats lasted about two weeks before they started falling out of the shoe. These are regular Nike shoes and they have been rolled up properly and tightly so there is no reason for them to fall out. Lost 5 spikes in one day.
