The best part about this product is that it integrates well into my other systems, so I don't have any issues keeping track of things as they come up in our projects - whether or not we are managing them properly! It's great because you can easily see what needs attention from multiple points within your organization/project team. There aren't many downsides either; however, sometimes there may be some lag time between when something gets entered into the software vs being able to actually view it. So if you're looking to keep tabs on everything happening throughout a given project/organization then definitely consider using this tool. We've been very successful at improving how quickly we respond to risks by implementing solutions like these across all areas of work.
