I've had one for a few days now. It arrived smelling of cement paste and has been in the garage ever since. I'm quite sensitive to smells and some smells can give me terrible migraines so I'm retiring now. In the morning I checked the bag and the smell was almost completely gone. There was also some glue on the red plastic but I just wiped it off with baby wipes. I had to put some muscle power into it. No big deal because these things happen when you order online. I've been shopping online since 2004 and I know I never check additional items that take a long time to reach things and that's why I now prefer brick and mortar stores because I can personally inspect the item before taking it home. Despite everything, the carrier seems great. I really like the look of the pokeball and soon I'll be able to carry my little baby in it! The backpack looks exactly like the pictures on Revain and has everything listed. The design is amazing. I love the number of holes in this bag because my bunny will have good access to air! 9 quarter-sized holes, 3 coin-sized holes and side mesh that allows air to pass through. I really hope my yojimbo doesn't chew it. Inside is a clip attached to a springy piece of nylon that I use to tie or tie my bunnies. The collapsible bonus bowl is about the size of a mug, or maybe the size is comparable to two mugs. Either way, it doesn't matter because it's cute! Big size to feed my little bunny with berries! I wish the straps and back were softer. I'm crazy about backpacks. I prefer them to wallets, bags or clutches. I have several Bioworld backpacks that serve different purposes and they are all filled to perfection. However, these straps don't have the amount of foam or memory gel that I prefer, but I don't wear them for long hours. This is used for quick trips to the vet or walks around the lake. I like the pocket on one side. It can store a water bottle or a variety of goodies. I haven't worn this with Yohji Bear yet and I hope he's comfortable in it. It comes with a thin, soft, removable platform for it to rest on. Our home is just over 4 acres and I plan to take it with me in the spring and summer when I go out with the puppies. I don't know if the company sells the transparent globe separately because that worries me. eventually breaks and how to replace it. Do I have to buy a new backpack? Shit, I think I should have thought about it before I bought it. ###UPDATE### I contacted Xpect to ask how to replace the globe if it cracks or breaks and an hour and a minute later the representative replied: Response. Fantastically fast! They informed me that as of now January 9th 2019 8:01pm they will not be selling domes but will be setting aside individual globes for future purchases. =
