MY HOUSE FIRED DOWN. Thank god I took an extra day off. I've only had it for over a month. I smelled an electrical fire and as I entered the living room, smoke was coming out from behind my fish tank. I quickly turned off the electrical switch on the stabilizer. When I pulled it out, it warped and melted. I only had 4 hooked up: a small aquarium filter, a light, a protein skimmer and a small bowl. This should handle 8 120 volt outlets. I guess I wasn't surprised as it was made in China. Mine are bad at it, they are bad at almost burning down my house with 12 puppies, 2 cats, a fish and a chinchilla. This foster family would not be happy.
