I have never rated with one star. I usually manage to find something positive. When they worked, the sound quality was good. The first pair worked for about a week. Then the sound appeared and then disappeared on two different devices. I called support and they suggested it was a wired connection issue. I've had it a week so I returned it for another pair. The second pair arrived and I was happy for two hours and then the same thing started. I tried again on two different devices to determine if the issue is with the device or with Bluetooth. Tried it out in different places because the chances of getting a second crappy pair were pretty slim. Yes. Second crazy couple. The real problem is that I have another pair of wireless BT earbuds that I got as a gift from a chain of home stores. They work stably on the same two devices. I sent these back and will not be buying a third one. lie to me once
