He's a lot bigger than I thought. It rises higher and keeps the entire leg at the bottom of the thigh. I broke my ankle and had swelling issues and two calf pillows didn't help much. That helped. It's high enough to allow for good drainage and support for the entire foot. The swelling has gone down significantly. My knee hurts from the sprain so I have to tighten it from time to time but overall it's very comfortable. I am 66 year old female, 5ft 5in, this may be too tall for someone who is very short. Just right for a tall woman or man. I went to the bathroom and my cat Audrey took it! I was so surprised. I gave it to her for an hour while napping with a pillow under my foot. I got it back now. It makes me think about how to use it after my leg has healed 🤓
