
This is clearly not a new Apple product. The keyboard is not recognized by any of the three computers. The mouse keeps going off. Came without a USB cable. Called service, no one answered. And now to get it back I need postage and I'm quarantined at my house so there's no way for me to go to the post office for the postage. I hope everything is ok and this has nothing to do with the pandemic in the world but I really just think it's bad customer service, bad product. Why is nobody calling or texting? Not even a paid returns label?
