Review on Baleaf Athletic Lightweight Pockets Running Sports & Fitness in Team Sports by Mark Hamblin

I'm 5ft 9in, 156lbs, fairly athletic, medium height. Fits very well, not tight and not too loose. My hips are about 23 inches in circumference, 21-22 inches where the bottom of the shorts hits. The shorts are comfortable, not tight and not too loose in the hips. There is an elastic band at the waist that you can adjust if they are too loose. This is not a problem for me. I usually run in 4-5" shorts and I especially like the large side pockets on the shorts for phones and energy gummies, gummies or any other nutrient I need on my longer runs (all runs over 90 minutes). I thought i am trying this skirt because it has pockets and it looked like it would be fun to walk around in. i was concerned that my phone would not fit in the side pocket because the pocket is small but it is very elastic and I feel like my phone is pretty secure, I've never worried about my phone slipping out (and I've worn this skirt for about 15-20 runs, 150-200 miles, so it got a bit on at the moment Wear checked.) Not sure if there is enough room for all the energy I need for a marathon, but I think I might try to wear them for my next marathon if the weather cooperates. It is indeed easier than similar shorts I run in. Inside, with mesh shorts and a flowy skirt, I feel like it actually keeps me cooler than my 4-5 inch running shorts, which I do most of my long runs in. It seems like it's probably a cheaper fabric, but I love walking in this skirt and it works really well for me. I haven't had any problems with chafing in the shorts except on an exceptionally hot, long run (16 miles in 80-90 degrees). I splashed myself with water and ended up having trouble chafing my shorts so I now use Body Glide when running in this skirt but it's more of a just in case and probably not necessary, it depends how hard the thighs rub. . (And I don't think shorts are to blame for my chafing issues when running in the chase). I wash this with everything else (high heat), tumble dry on a hot machine and have had no issues with fading or damaging the fabric. If you are looking for a skirt to walk in I would recommend this one and I am glad I bought it.
