Unusable Condition:
As you can see in the photo of this item, the two screws that hold the jaws together are screwed into the head. Mine came with 3" bolts, 2" unthreaded bolts, making it unusable for small bearings, pulleys, etc. So I bought the right screws, installed them and everything worked fine.
