- It takes a while for your smartphone to connect, sometimes you have to flip the USB-C cable and then plug it in (why?) - It can ruin your phone without interrupting connecting and disconnecting when attempting to charge (can cause phone overheating!) - Continuous notifications about connecting to device, phone had to restart to stop displaying and stop overheating! - Couldn't get an ethernet port to work and connect to my phone (Galaxy Note 9). - Charging slow but works - Can use Galaxy Dex mode, connects to cased phone easily. This is a regular device but I returned it because my phone keeps overheating. Whenever I tried to connect it, it would take a while for it to stop showing notifications and try Dex mode, but it would never connect to the internet through the ethernet port.
