I really had my doubts when I ordered this large TheraFlow dual foot massage roller. My feet hurt constantly due to plantar fasciitis and heel spurs, even though I had surgery on both feet and had two sets of custom orthotics. Surprisingly, this foot massager helped with the arch pain, but only after I read the instructions and started using it properly. I recently put it under my desk. It works well because it's convenient, invisible, and easy to use. The reflex zone table is interesting. I was so impressed with this foot massager that I ordered it for my granddaughter who also has plantar fasciitis. If you've tried everything else, then try this. The cost is less than $20.
