The quality of this sweatshirt is satisfactory. However, the sizing is wrong and customer service was non-existent. I ordered size M for my 8 year old who is of average height and quite slim. The M was supposed to be for a 10-12 year old so I figured it would be big for him and have enough room for him to grow. It was SO SMALL! I contacted the company to ask if it was a manufacturing defect or a sizing that was too small and they didn't answer my question. Instead they just said I could go through the return/exchange process but gave no guidance on how to make a replacement to ensure I was the right size.
