Very soft. Good quality.
I bought these to use after having oral surgery where I couldn't use my regular brush. This made it possible for me to keep my teeth cleaner during recovery. The bristle are exceptionally soft. The head is larger than I expected given that they are for babies. I'm happy with the purchase.
