I'm about 5'1, 121 lb, typically size 4-6 and ordered medium. Once these were pulled all the way on, I could hardly feel them. It did smooth my stomach down and hid the bit of love handles. I actually felt confident when seeing my legs in the mirror and I didn't feel any discomfort or tightness. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase and it is definitely one of those most comfortable shapewear I've tried.
