Fell off the wall after an hour. Transparent adhesive strips are not suitable.

Not impressed. I used them to hang some very light wire with some photo clothespins and it fell off the wall after an hour. Later the second fell off. I was hoping this would be a great solution, but unless you're hanging something that's practically weightless I wouldn't trust them. The wall was just an ordinary painted, textured wall. I suspect it's because of the clear adhesive strips they use - I've used the white command strips countless times with no problems. I've used them to hang copper wire LED strings and they're perfect for that as the hooks are almost invisible and the wire weighs nothing. I wrapped the wire around the hook and that worked great. I won't buy them again.
