I have been using Hyde and Goodell for concrete preparation for twenty years. They must have changed the composition of the metal over the years. My plaster on the floor stretches more than it should, and the metal wears out quicker. I decided to try a craft unfamiliar to many traders in the Northeastern United States. These precision articulated knives are much smoother and allow for fewer touch ups. While they are in production I will only use them from now on. I can only hope that the well-known hardware stores will not force this company to change their standards in order to lower the price. Buy American and pay as much as it costs! I paid twice as much as other brands but this tool lasts 4 times longer and works better with the product increasing productivity.
