We were looking for an easy way to send out mass emails with our contact list that would not require us having access to each individual's email address (for privacy reasons). This service does exactly what it promises - allows you to create lists within your CRM or database so they are easily available and can be sent messages at once through their bulk mail program without requiring any changes to recipients' addresses! Nothing about this product yet -- great customer support when we've had issues in the past is always there quickly solving problems. Bulk sending/emailing contacts via mySQL using PHP scripts; no need anymore for bulky spreadsheets. I like that we can get my business's website online quickly and at an affordable price. The customer service is not great. They don't seem to know much about SEO or they don't care! When I have questions and need help with their product, I am given generic answers without really helping me. Don't waste your time, they will give you the run around and it will take forever. We wanted something simple for our small business. They gave us a custom site but it was confusing and took forever to make changes.
