This lamp is exactly what I was looking for. I need a steady light at the front and a flashing light at the rear. The headlight adjusts to different angles, so I can illuminate my path without dazzling oncoming pedestrians or cars. There are two settings: extra bright and normal flashlight brightness. The front light is just a steady light, no blinking. The red backlight has only one setting: a gentle, slow pulse. The harness also has reflective stripes. The straps are stretchy and fit well over my winter coat (I'm a women's size 10) and goes great with a light jacket or no coat at all. I think runners need the harness to be close to the body during jumps, but for a walker it's not that important. It comes with a charging cable that can be plugged into your phone adapter or any other USB port. Seems well done. Very easy.
