I bought it as a work bag. The dimensions in the description are correct, however the zipper tapers a bit towards the opening so it doesn't hold as much as one would expect based on the dimensions alone. I like the security of the zipper but it doesn't fit the purpose of my purchase but I like it enough to use it when I need a bigger bag. The straps seem strong enough. There are several inner pockets as shown. The skin is soft. The drop of the handle is enough to slip over your elbow, allowing you to grab and go with one hand.
