I have ordered one before and had to replace one. My first replacement had to be returned as it broke. Maybe delivery? I have received a replacement. I had to send it back too. There are 3 spindles that are not connected to the top of the gate. I was going to glue them to Gorilla Glue but then realized the metal base holding them is damaged so it can never get into the holes to hold them in place. I really wanted to give that back, but the goal was really needed more. The gate just sits on the ground which means I can't use the swing door. The piece of metal that this spindle has to fit into to latch the gate keeps coming loose. This gate must have been defective but somehow passed quality control. I'm just tired of ordering those gates that just don't work and the latter are poorly made.
