These motion-sensing lights brighten up any dark room quickly and easily. They are great for dark corners, closets, bookshelves, under closets or anywhere extra lighting might be useful. They run on 3 AA batteries which seem to last a long time. The lights attach to surfaces with double-sided tape included in the kit. You have three options: automatic day, automatic night mode and on. The automatic day setting is activated day and night when motion is detected. The automatic night service is only activated at night. The activation setting is enabled and remains enabled. The setting on the device is easy to change and is clearly marked. The brightness of the backlight can be adjusted, which can also be easily set up on the device. The motion sensor is very accurate as these lights have been very useful to me around the house. You only get six which is great value as they are smaller than the ones I bought from Ikea which unfortunately didn't have the glue that lasts. To change the batteries, which I didn't have to, just turn on the light and the top detaches from the base, giving you easy access to the batteries.
