These shoes arrived too small. My daughter usually has room to grow in a size 6 and they literally don't fit her foot. I was about to start the return process and noticed the seller's email clearly wording that the panels must be clean on the underside in order for my return to be processed. So I checked the bottom parts, they were completely worn out. Although they were delivered/opened to us no more than twenty minutes ago and she never wore them because they didn't fit her leg. Now they have to "get through to the Amazon," for me - that's on their side. Obviously I was wearing shoes that were too big and now it looks like I have to jump through hoops.
