This is a great product. It has a slight clove smell, but it's not unpleasant and I'd rather have that than any chemical smell. It softens my cuticles almost instantly, and it lasts for a few days (and I bathe my hands in water a lot, so it may have a longer-lasting effect for other people). But customer service can also be an important part of the buying experience, so I thought I'd add my own. This product came quickly with a few extra discount coupons (fifteen bucks, don't sneeze). So a few weeks later when I had some free time I went to their website to see what else they had to offer. There is quite a range of products out there, but being unfamiliar with them I was happy to see that they offer samples at a rock-bottom price. I ordered several of these to try with my coupon. When I placed the order I received the now familiar instant confirmation email, but this was followed up by a personal email maybe an hour later saying they had just shipped my products! The goods arrived within a day or two. In addition I received another email saying that they had noticed that I had ordered samples and that they might like the link to a chart showing how and when to use different creams etc. Very happy and impressed with Queen Bee!
