I bought these to replace identical trolleys on a wheeled kitchen trolley that I decide to roll at 35lb each time , the wheel locks get stuck and break the wheel. The design is simple: when you roll them up, el Cheapo Deluxe's locking mechanism engages, so if they fail you can keep moving and launch the trolley's contents. Another set broke after a year of not intentionally moving the trolley. I think I'll break the brake so I can take a break before reaching my limit
