Ok, cheap as it is.
Opal looks like opal flakes dipped in epoxy, but it's still quite pretty. The "silver" turtle is not magnetic but doesn't look clean. For the $2 I paid for it I am very impressed, it looks beautiful even under a magnifying glass as the opal flakes are quite good.
