I almost ordered bath towels because of some other reviews. I'm glad I got them on one of the offers. Here are my thoughts based on the negative reviews: The instructions for the towels say to wash them separately before use to avoid discoloration. Please do not wash with other items and then complain that other items have changed color. The instructions say not to use fabric softener. (This affects absorbency). Please don't wash them in downy and then say they're not absorbent. Because it's microfiber, they don't need to be thick to dry. They won't look like your plush decor towels. However, they are soft and absorbent. Get wet, don't rub. They are designed for home and gym use. No, they don't go to the beach. These are not beach towels. i love towels I'm glad I have her. They are thicker and softer than I expected.
