Fits true to size, no need to size up or down. I am 38DD and wear XL tops, in this one I went for XXL and I should have stayed with XL but it fit my arms great and the length was ok. Despite this, this jacket is NOT flattering. And I'll explain why. The lace is literally under my breasts here, which is a horrible place. It made me look rounder even though I wear a size 14 jean, I have a figure. When I bought this I thought maybe if it wasn't raining I could leave it open and tuck it in, but you know what? The laces will NOT stay put unless you have your jacket fully zipped and two laces tied together. This is the only way the jacket stays tight! I have no mechanism to stay tightened, defeating the purpose. Yes I ordered XXL instead of XL but the sweatshirt was so big. It slipped in my eyes, so the hoodie doesn't have a way to adjust it towards the middle at the back of the hood, only the drawstrings, which only stay tight again when you tie the drawstrings together. Love the color and the blue and white stripes inside but hate this jacket. To return.
