I returned two other brands of wireless headphones because they both had terrible problems losing connection with each other. I will not return them! 1. The fit is pretty good. I could have used a size larger pair of headphones from the set that came with it.2. Initial pairing was quick and almost effortless. They also connect quickly when you take them out of the case.3. The sound quality is excellent and the volume is quite loud compared to others.4. They have real buttons that give tactile feedback and a clicking sound when you use them. I prefer this over touch controls on other brands I've tried. I accidentally paused or opened the Assistant app when adjusting the fit of other brands using the touch controls.5. One of my favorite features is the case that doubles as a power bank. Charge the case and when you're done using the earbuds, they'll charge again without having to search for the nearest outlet, charger and cable. I am very happy with these headphones. They're comfortable, connect quickly, and sound great! UPDATE: 10/06/2020 I had an issue with the case that caused the lid to come loose and detach from the case almost every time I opened it. I've tried to fix this but it appears to be a design flaw that makes assembly easier and faster. I contacted Back Bay and a few hours later I had a tracking number for a new case they were shipping. THIS is customer service! Thank you Jake @ Back Bay!
