It took a while to find the customer service number. that wasn't in the manual. With their help I put it together. They were very nice and helpful even if it was difficult to find their number. However, it's a little wobbly. I think it's better not to put wheels. That's very little. Most of these carts are 21 inches long, but they don't fit in my closet. It has four shelves but isn't very tall or wide so 2 8.5oz vegetable cans won't fit side by side as the baskets are a bit narrower. Even if you raise the bottom shelf as high as you can, only something the size of Lysol sanitizing wipes will fit (35 pack - wide won't fit). Cleaning bottles have to be put on because they are too high. The middle rows ended with small household items, and the shortest row ended with pads for a wet jet of Box Swiffer along. Nothing else was short enough to fit in.
