The Tekzilla seller did not provide the required support

A little over 1 year after purchase, the computer performed an automatic bios update which I had no control over as there were settings in the supplier's bios which made this possible. After a successful update, the computer restarts and does not boot. I have contacted Tekzilla support via 2 voicemails and 2 emails but have not received a reply. When trying to boot the system, the settings show a 128GB drive instead of the 256GB drive that should be enabled. UPDATE; Although the BIOS shows a 128 "lite on" drive, I removed the cover and it actually has a KingFast 256 drive. I clearly don't understand this configuration in the BIOS. UPDATE 2: The Lite On drive is an installed SSD. It is a very small storage device like a memory card. Didn't you know it was included? I just want tech support to help me. Many Thanks.
