It ruined the mood tape!

The sound was good and it was easy to use. I was listening to a recording of an interview from 1981 when my grandfather was 100 years old. Well when I opened the door to flip the cassette at the end, the cassette got stuck, the tape unrolled and was ruined. Now my cousin in Indiana who made the tape back then will make another copy for me. unravel, but you were able to fix it. This machine "ate" the tape. Got about a 75 percent refund after emailing them. but I really like the band!
