This is a nice dog door but I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the screws and attachment points. The included screws are too small and are attached to plastic that is easy to remove. I don't think the screws and plastic alone are strong enough to withstand the pressure and wear and tear of this item. 3 screw holes cut out while I was assembling it. Solution: Ran to the hardware store and bought 3/4" #32 bolts, nuts and washers, then drilled through with a 1/8" bit. and fastened the door frame with bolts and nuts. With good pressure on both sides of the frame, the door is now secure and the screen is very strong and durable. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to create a better system for attaching the two halves of the door rather than just tiny screws that can be easily loosened. plastic holes.
