Arrived a few months ago. After some fiddling with the right adapters I was up and running and within seconds my bike's tires were inflated to more than I've ever inflated with a hand pump. The next day I turned it on and saw air for a second. get out before he stops. Charged overnight. Same result. Recharged. Soon there was nothing I could do to get him to exhale. It's officially broken. I contacted the seller and he immediately offered to send me a new one. I was overjoyed. I contacted them again to ask how to get the old one back. Said "Hi, you don't have to return the old ones, just wait for the new ones to come" [sic]. And I started waiting. And began to wait. Two months have passed, there is no new pump. By then it had expired to return it for a refund. I have to partially blame Revain as they made it very difficult to speak to the seller. In the end, however, I am an unhappy customer.
