Pretty basic and does the job. We had a corner in the living room that just needed some light and this was the perfect solution for us. The light is very bright and has so many different settings and options that it is very beautiful. It was also pretty easy to assemble. The light cover was a little annoying because it snaps into place and doesn't move - you just have to snap it into place as it's difficult to adjust. No problem and I know the coverage is reliable. It seems a bit shaky, but it might just be my gender. It's bigger than expected and really gives off enough light. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend something simple that would add atmosphere to the room.
