Easily interchangeable with engine cooling system and air conditioning
Inexpensive replacement for cheap original plastic case that breaks easily. Easy to replace, complete with thermostat and gaskets. The ideal time for the change is when working on the toothed belt/water pump, as the coolant is drained anyway. However, if you only want to replace this case, you won't lose much coolant. Two #12 screws hold it in place.
