Shower head is fine. The hose is a bad joke. Looking at the images on the Revain product page and on the Oxygenics website, you might think that this unit comes with a nice flexible metal hose that you would find in a private shower room. You would be wrong. It comes with an extremely hard plastic hose with some shiny metal bits wrapped around the inside of the hose. From a distance or in a photo, it looks like a flexible metal hose. I suspect, but don't know, that the same will happen with other Oxygenics RV Series showers. If you want a shower head, that's fine. At first glance, the shower head looks quite decent. But do yourself a favor. If your existing hose needs to be replaced, order the best hose when ordering your shower head. One of my two photos shows me holding the hose horizontally and it has almost no play let alone unwinding. The other picture shows how the tubing is made. I ordered a matching flexible metal hose. Although the mount that came with this kit looks ok, I also ordered an Oxygenics 22842 track rail as I figured it would be the best mount in a cramped RV shower.
