Does what it says on the box

Impressive. After we cooked the fries, we dropped the packet in the hot oil and tossed it a few times. Maybe after ten minutes we checked the pan and saw that the oil had hardened. With a wooden spoon, we easily removed the solid and threw it in the bin. I will always keep a pack of FryAway in our pantry. Highly recommended.
