Update 1 - MB replacement arrived, same problem. I contacted GigaByte, they told me that the BIOS on the B450 is not configured for the AMD 3000 series processor and needs to be updated. The trick is to update the BIOS without POST and without video. They came up with several solutions, none of which impress me: 1 - Send them an MB and they will update it. 2 - Take it to your local store and ask for it. allows you to boot, update the BIOS. 4- Install the 2000 series processor which should boot up and allow you to update the BIOS. If I had a spare CPU I would do option 4, option 3 seems to be the second least painful. Download Kit Request. Original - Very disappointed. I built my new PC and the MB POST fails, no video (yes I have an AMD 3400G processor with integrated graphics). Turn on, spin fan, nothing else, no video. RED LED for processor.
