Multiple pockets. I'm a backpack fanatic. I use it for work and it fits things like my wallet, stethoscope, notebooks, cosmetics, pencil case and notepad. Has a laptop compartment. Small pockets are great for lip balm, keys and ID cards. Enough space and compartments so you don't know what to put in it. The padding of the bag itself and the straps are perfect. Not too thick, but not thin either. The shoulders don't hurt from the weight. I appreciate the fabric as it's not as shiny smooth but more woven. Also waterproof. Happy with the purchase of the cradle and would recommend.
