I recently bought Ethika Boys boxer shorts from Bomber Business 3D Print for my son and they have quickly become his favorite underwear. The medium size fits him perfectly, and the belt doesn't dig in or leave marks. Plus the print is so fun and unique - my son loves showing them to his friends!
