For the price it's acceptable quality but that's about it. It's very unstable and when you actually put it "on the wall" it has two screws. sticking out their backs to damage the wall. Speaking of hardware, one of the main hex bolts had excess metal in the hex hole making it impossible to tighten. Also measure the height at which you want to mount the TV. This stand is quite short at its highest position.
