Bad product, bad customer service

The Phaiser website has a great story but don't believe it. The earbuds I received paired perfectly, but the audio cuts out for a split second every 20-30 seconds. Not enough to ruin a phone call or anything but really annoying and not the quality product they advertise. I contacted the company a week ago asking for help in resolving the issue. They didn't answer. Send headphones back and buy from another company.
