4 days after the return window closed (34 days of ownership), the headphone stopped charging. I leave them charging all night and they only charge up to 20%. Tried different cords. Next to. The sound was fine. They have no loops for pulling out long hair. At least it wasn't an expensive loss.

I like retractable headphones. The sound is good. I don't like it when I put on my headphones and move away from the phone I lose connection. I'd say I might lose connection after 20 feet. Then when I get back in range of my phone, it doesn't automatically connect to the phone. I have to turn it off and on again to connect. I had other headphones that connected automatically when I got back in range.

This headset has very good sound and calls are clear. I like the slim design compared to the chunky one I had before. Battery life is said to last up to 15 hours of playback, but that's not true. A full charge gives me about 7 hours before the low battery alarm goes off. I look for headsets with extended battery life because I use them at least 12 hours a day. Very disappointed about that.

This is my second Phaiser headset. Unfortunately, I'm less satisfied with the BHS-950 than with its predecessor, the BHS-750. Quality and sound are not the same. The retractable earbuds don't seem to last long and I have to gently tug on them a few times to retract them. The headset feels light and thin. The packaging is also inferior to its predecessor. However, I will say that connecting the headphones to my iPhone 12 Pro was very easy.

The Phaiser website has a great story but don't believe it. The earbuds I received paired perfectly, but the audio cuts out for a split second every 20-30 seconds. Not enough to ruin a phone call or anything but really annoying and not the quality product they advertise. I contacted the company a week ago asking for help in resolving the issue. They didn't answer. Send headphones back and buy from another company.

I have a 20" neck and it fits VERY tight. Which I REALLY like as I train 3 days a week and all the other sets fall off my back once I lay on the bench. my shirt and they still found a way to fall to one side or the other from time to time. I've been using the fourth set of these headphones since 2018 and the last one released in May 2021 is the worst of them all. If the retractable feature fails, you're left with headphones that plug in and sound good, they turn into a confusing mess and are difficult to manage.
