I've been using the fourth set of these headphones since 2018 and the last one released in May 2021 is the worst of them all. If the retractable feature fails, you're left with headphones that plug in and sound good, they turn into a confusing mess and are difficult to manage. The fact that the price of these has steadily come down over the years, as well as ignoring my recent email to their support address (visibly printed on the front of the package) from the company, points to that. The company is practically closed, if I understand correctly. You tag them to sell them. My first set took the longest before the retractable casters failed. My second set wasn't as successful and actually fell apart completely within a few months. On this third set, which has only been in use since May, the left entry side failed within a few weeks. It's now the beginning of September and the right side has also failed. It's time to look for alternatives to this type of headphones.
