Poor quality: 1: The retractable cable feels fragile2: The earpiece is too bulky for my ear; so it falls out easily and it hurts to lie on the side on the pillow3: the volume is good; however, there is a lack of sonority here. The good ones: 1: Battery life - I was able to use it for over 8 hours on a fully charged device. The main reason I bought the Phaiser headphones was their thin round shape that goes behind the neck. Wanted a device that wouldn't hurt my neck when lying on my back. The general review is that I don't see this device lasting very long; I will update this review when it goes down
